pTEF promoter

The part comes from plasmid pYLXP’ ，which consist of pTEF promoter and a short intron sequence that helps enhance gene expression.

The plasmid pYLXP’ was selected as the expression vector for genetic expression of genes in our project, which is a shuttle plasmid between E. coli and Y. lipolytica.
